1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Blazin’ Sage Productions website or purchasing any of our services—including audio/visual production, photography, videography, studio sessions, livestreaming, event A/V, DJ services, or content creation—you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Blazin’ Sage Productions offers a variety of media and production services including:

  • Photography & videography

  • Studio sessions & editing

  • Event A/V production

  • Livestreaming & broadcast support

  • DJ & audio engineering services

  • Content creation & commercial media

  • Wildfire, emergency, and IMT-oriented media support

Service availability is subject to scheduling, staffing, equipment availability, and environmental conditions.

3. Booking, Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit or retainer may be required to secure booking dates.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before delivery of final media products unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may incur fees or delay project delivery.

  • Prices are subject to change; confirmed contracts are locked at agreed prices.

All rules of our Refund Policy apply to cancellations and rescheduling.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details and scheduling information.

  • Obtain all necessary permissions for locations, venues, or individuals being filmed or photographed.

  • Ensure timely communication and availability for coordination.

  • Maintain safe and respectful environments for crew and equipment.

Blazin’ Sage Productions reserves the right to refuse or halt services in unsafe or hostile conditions.

5. Travel & On-Site Requirements

For on-location services:

  • Travel fees may apply for projects outside Burns, Oregon or Harney County.

  • Lodging or per diem may be required for long-distance or multi-day work.

  • Remote or wildfire deployments may include additional logistical charges.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

A. Photos, Videos, Audio & Media Created

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Blazin’ Sage Productions retains copyright ownership of all media created.

  • Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use based on the project type.

  • Raw footage/images are not included unless purchased separately.

  • Unauthorized alteration, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

B. Client-Provided Media

Any media, files, or materials you provide must:

  • Not violate copyright

  • Not contain illegal content

  • Be cleared for use in your project

You grant us permission to edit, display, or incorporate these materials as necessary.

7. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless prohibited by contract:

Blazin’ Sage Productions may use completed work for portfolio, advertising, social media, website display, and promotional purposes.

Clients may request a no-use agreement prior to project start.

8. Editing, Revisions & Delivery

  • One revision round is included unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Delivery timelines vary by project workload, complexity, weather, and field conditions.

  • Final deliverables are considered approved after 7 days if no revision requests are submitted.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You will not engage in unlawful or harmful actions.

  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the site.

  • You will not misuse content, images, logos, or text.

All website content is the property of Blazin’ Sage Productions and cannot be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Blazin’ Sage Productions is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or external disruptions

  • Loss of data due to client equipment or improper storage

  • Damages caused by misuse of delivered files

  • Event or venue restrictions beyond our control

  • Losses arising from the client's failure to follow instructions or provide accurate information

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

11. Cancellations

All cancellations follow our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel services for:

  • Unsafe work environments

  • Illegal activities

  • Non-payment

  • Severe weather or emergency scenarios

  • Wildfire or IMT reassignment (if applicable)

Should we cancel a project, refunds or rescheduling options may be provided.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.

13. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party vendors such as cloud storage, payment processors, delivery platforms, or contractors.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party errors

  • Downtime or data issues

  • Their privacy or security practices

We choose reputable vendors but cannot guarantee their behavior.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Any disputes will be handled in local or state courts within Oregon, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

15. Changes to These Terms

Blazin’ Sage Productions may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance.
